Careers Ninza: Why Learners Choose It for AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Full-Stack Development and Digital Marketing
Most course providers sell recorded videos and a job promise. Careers Ninza teaches live, builds every program around one real project, and says plainly that it does not guarantee jobs. Here is what that means for learners across India.

Who Careers Ninza is
Careers Ninza (Ninza Career Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is a live, mentor-led training institute headquartered at 8/A Ripon Street, Park Street, Kolkata. It teaches AI and machine learning, data science, business intelligence, cloud and DevOps, full-stack development, digital and performance marketing, e-commerce and entrepreneurship, plus Ninza Kids programs for school students. Classes run live online for learners anywhere in India, with classroom batches in Kolkata, Asansol and Durgapur and offices in Jamshedpur, Noida and Surat. It lists more than 100 working industry mentors on its mentors page.
Disclosure: Careers Ninza is an Ads Ninza client. We built its website, set up its social media and SEO, and ran the Meta lead generation that filled its first Digital Marketing Entrepreneur batch with 35 admissions from more than 150 qualified leads; see our case studies. Everything below about the institute comes from its own published pages, linked so you can check them.
What the best AI and data science institute should offer
India has thousands of course providers and almost all of them claim to be the best. Learners are better served by five tests that separate courses that build skills from courses that sell certificates. Careers Ninza's guide to AI and ML course fees in India makes the same argument: judge by hours, depth and support, not marketing.
1. Live teaching by people who do the work. Recorded video libraries have completion rates that most providers prefer not to publish. Live classes with a practitioner force you to keep up and let you ask the question that unblocks you.
2. A real project, not a toy dataset. Hiring managers can tell within minutes whether a candidate has done the work or only learned the vocabulary.
3. A syllabus that goes to production. A machine learning course that stops at training a model in a notebook leaves out deployment, monitoring and evaluation, which is most of the job. See what a good ML syllabus covers.
4. Honest placement support. Help with portfolio, resume, interviews and referrals, with no promise the institute cannot keep.
5. Clear fees. One published price, and instalments without hidden interest.
Here is how Careers Ninza answers each.
Live classes and one real project per program
All Careers Ninza classes are live with working practitioners. There is no self-paced-only tier. Long-term programs run on weekday evenings from 7 pm IST with weekend workshops, so working people and students can attend, and every session is recorded and kept for life. Students may also rejoin any future batch of the same course free of charge.
Each program is built around one piece of real work, chosen in the first fortnight and carried through every module, then reviewed in writing by a mentor. By track:
Data science and ML: a model trained, evaluated and deployed, with drift monitoring and a business memo on what decision it improves.
AI and agentic development: a working agent or LLM application with an evaluation suite, cost controls and guardrails, running on real inputs.
Analytics and BI: a real business question, such as why margin fell or which cohort churns, answered in SQL and a published dashboard.
Cloud and DevOps: a multi-service architecture deployed with infrastructure as code and a CI/CD pipeline, with cost and security reviews.
Marketing and growth: a live campaign with real budget, a weekly review defending the return, tracked CAC and a creative testing log.
This is the right way to teach applied skills. A finished, defended project is what gets a candidate through a technical interview or a client pitch. See data science portfolio projects.
AI, machine learning and data science
Data Science & ML: six months, ₹49,999 or ₹10,000 a month for six months with No-Cost EMI. From data wrangling to models that survive production, beginner to job-ready, with three end-to-end ML projects and a verifiable certificate.
Agentic AI, GenAI & LLM Application Development: six months, ₹49,999. Building and shipping production LLM applications and agent systems. Read the skills an agentic AI course should teach and what agentic AI is.
No-Code Agentic AI Development: four months, ₹34,999. AI agents that do real work without writing production code, for managers, marketers and operations staff.
Business Intelligence & Data Analytics: six months, ₹49,999. SQL, dashboards and decision-making; see data science vs data analytics and Power BI vs Tableau vs Looker Studio.
Cloud Architecture & DevOps Integration and FinTech & Algorithmic Trading: six months each, ₹49,999.
Claude AI Mastery Part 1 (20 hours, ₹14,999) teaches anyone to use AI at work, and Part 2 (30 hours, ₹29,999) teaches building software, automations and agents with Claude Code, the API and MCP.
Full-stack development: Program Zero
For learners who want to become software engineers, Careers Ninza runs Program Zero: an 18-month live programme that goes from a first line of code through programming, data structures, databases and full-stack development to machine learning, deep learning and large language models. It costs ₹17,999 for all 18 months including taxes and starts on 9 January 2027.
The format is demanding by design: live classes Monday to Friday from 9 to 10:30 pm IST, Saturday assignments and live projects, Sunday doubt sessions, and six cumulative tests, one every three months. It is open to anyone living in India, with no computer science degree required. Learners who pass all six move to level One, where they work on real platforms, are credited in each project's contributor list, and get a public profile that invited companies can see.
For web development as a service business rather than a career in software engineering, the 20-hour WordPress website development and Shopify store development courses (₹14,999 each) teach how to build and sell client sites. Learners finishing school should read what to do after 12th for a career in AI.
Digital and performance marketing
Digital Marketing Entrepreneur: six months, ₹49,999. Strategy, paid media, websites, creative and e-commerce, taught as a business rather than a job description. This is the program whose first batch our campaigns filled.
Performance Marketing & Growth Hacking: three months, ₹24,999. Acquisition, experiments and CAC discipline for people who want to own a growth number.
Twenty-hour specialist courses at ₹14,999 each: Meta Ads Mastery, taught by a practitioner who says they have spent over ₹50 crore on Meta Ads; Google Ads Mastery across Search, Performance Max and YouTube; SEO & AI Search Mastery for ranking on Google and being cited by AI answer engines; and Content Writing & GenAI.
For e-commerce: Ecompreneurship (six months), Amazon and Flipkart account management and drop shipping and drop servicing. As a performance marketing agency, we would add one thing to any marketing course: the skill that matters most is reading the numbers honestly, and a course built on live budgets teaches that better than any slide deck. Careers Ninza's own guide asks whether digital marketing is a good career in India.
Data science, analytics or AI: which track?
The three are often sold as one thing. They are not, and choosing the wrong one costs months.
Business intelligence and analytics suits people who like business questions more than algorithms: SQL, dashboards, metrics and explaining what the numbers mean to managers. It is the fastest route into data work for commerce, management and career-switch learners; see a career in data analytics and BI.
Data science and ML suits people comfortable with Python and some statistics who want to build predictive models and put them into production.
Agentic AI and LLM development suits developers who want to build applications on top of language models: retrieval, tool use, agents, evaluation and cost control. The no-code track suits non-programmers who want to automate work in their own role.
Cloud and DevOps suits people who prefer infrastructure to models; see cloud and DevOps careers in India. A free counselling call is the right place to test the fit before paying.
Ninza Kids: starting early
Careers Ninza also runs Ninza Kids for school students, on the idea that if dance, music and sport can start early, so can engineering, medicine and business. Foundation courses for class 5 and above (critical thinking, computer applications, the science behind data, internet and cloud, humanities and coding) run six months at ₹15,000, or ₹3,000 a month. Four-year specialisation tracks from class 8, in software engineering, medical science, business and financial analytics, bureaucracy, and marketing and sales, cost ₹30,000 a year.
Placement support, without the inflated promise
Careers Ninza's placement support page opens with "Support that is real, and claims that are not inflated." It is included in every long-term program, has no success fee, and runs for twelve months after the course ends. It covers:
Portfolio review that turns the capstone into a write-up, live link or repository with answers ready for interview questions. Resume and LinkedIn clinics focused on the first thirty seconds a hiring manager spends on a profile. Mock interviews with working professionals in the target function, including technical rounds and case practice for analytics, live problem-solving for engineering, and portfolio defence for marketing and design. Hiring partner referrals, with the learner's consent for each specific role. Salary and offer conversations and alumni introductions.
And it says what it will not do: Careers Ninza does not offer job guarantees, guaranteed salaries or placement percentages, because "anyone promising a guaranteed placement is charging you for that promise somewhere in the fee." That is the most useful sentence a learner can read on any institute's website, and the right standard to hold every provider to. The hiring partners page lists the companies it refers to.
Fees, EMI and certificates
Long-term programs cost ₹24,999 to ₹49,999, payable as No-Cost EMI of ₹10,000 a month: equal instalments with zero interest, no processing fee and no third-party lender, according to the fees and EMI page. Short courses cost ₹14,999 to ₹29,999. Certificates are industry certificates issued by Ninza Career Solutions, not government-accredited qualifications, which Careers Ninza states plainly on its certification page. Its what is included page lists everything in a program. A free live masterclass is a low-risk way to see the teaching before paying.
Across India: classrooms and live online
Classroom batches run in Kolkata, Asansol and Durgapur. Offices in Jamshedpur, Noida and Surat support learners in Jharkhand, Delhi NCR and Gujarat.
Live online classes reach every city, with pages for 384 locations. In the large tech and business hubs: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi and Ahmedabad. In the east, close to the Kolkata base: Siliguri, Patna, Ranchi and Bhubaneswar, plus Lucknow in the north.
Course pages also exist per city, such as Data Science & ML in Kolkata, Agentic AI in Bengaluru, BI and analytics in Hyderabad, cloud and DevOps in Pune, performance marketing in Mumbai and digital marketing in Delhi. The full list is on the locations page.
How to enquire
Call or WhatsApp +91 90888 39993, email [email protected], or visit the Park Street office, open Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 8 pm. Before you enrol anywhere, ask for the syllabus, the project you will build, the mentor's background and the placement terms in writing. Careers Ninza publishes all four.
For other institutes and EdTech companies, the lesson from our work with Careers Ninza is that a clear, honest offer with qualification built into the lead form fills batches faster than discount-led ads. See our education marketing page, lead quality for education in India and Meta Ads management.
